A little, it was faint but I noticed one

Yes, they could have waited

No, I had to look for a parking spot for a long time

Not really, it wasn't very clean

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

Never, they are very reliable.
