No, they could have used some continuing education

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

First I was told by another neurosurgeon that Dr J Bess destabilized my spine and my curve increased 27% in 7 months after the surgery.
Bess was a Kaiser P. referral and was required to get approval for outside X-rays. He and his staff did not get that approval and stuck me with the bill of $440 adding insult to injury. I am told now I must wear my brace full time and will end up in a wheel chair.
Do not go near this guy.
