I have been a patient Of Dr Scott for over 10 years. I understand he has moved his practice recently. I would very much like to find out where his new location is. It is very important to me as I am disabled. Dr has worked with my issues and has been very good at helping me get through very difficult situation both physically and with my bipolar.
