They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They will do tests and procedures BEFORE they ever inquire as whether you want them done, thus inflating your bill with no recourse. Their reception staff was friendly enough, but the billing department is a nightmare and won't go out of their way to help me. Made appointment for routine eye exam which would be covered under my insurance only to find out later that they did an extra test for a condition I have had for over 50 years, thus being able to claim the whole visit was mediaclly necessary which made it my expense, non-reimbursable under my eye exam rider. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. Unless you want someone else making your decisions for you, I'd avoid this provider like the plague!

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. If I had to rate them on just their friendliness towards me I would give them the whole five stars alone. This was one of the warmest and most welcoming offices I've visited.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
