Wonderful experience given the situation of having to have impromptu surgery on my foot. Caring, took his time and was great at "going the extra mile" to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed for the healing process.

DR. EGO!! After he butchered my foot, he said he didn't make mistakes but did remove the hardware that was much too large for my foot...While in there the second time he totally abused and misaligned the nerves around where the hardware was. It has been since 2010 and I still cannot walk without a limp. Plus the incorrect way that I now walk has cause severe back pain. I've been to about a dozen physical therapist-no one can un-do the mess he made of my foot and my LIFE! My simple joy as I got older was being able to take walks with my friends and my dog...it cannot be done without pain. STAY AWAY FROM THIS "doctor". Whatever is wrong with you, it's better left alone than take a chance with him.

Have been with Dr Simon for 15 plus years. He has always been punctual and attentive. Usually smiling and takes care of my problem. I have moved from Va. Beach and now drive over 50 miles for my visits. A satisfied patient!!

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
