They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
