No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Their equipment was really impressive; safe, up-to-date, and well taken care of. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
