Creator of this survey ought to be fired. Answers are so teen-age OMG worded they nearly made me gag!

On the issue at hand, Dr. Marc E. Goldberg, DPM in Olney, Maryland is a great podiatrist. He is very punctual (I have NEVER had to wait more than 5 minutes, no matter what time I see him); he listens to my concerns and offers solutions; and he consults with other specialists as my needs require. In my case, that was with an orthopedist and a physical therapist. His office staff are great too--friendly and helpful. The ONLY negative comment I have is in regard to the black chairs in his waiting room and as side chairs in his exam rooms. They are badly built and tend to thrust the sitter forward. Not a good thing for a larger-than-average person trying to put her shoes and socks back on!

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Very limited hours. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. They sure do know how to charge, however. What was really annoying was the daily telephone reminders for a week ahead of time that I had an appointment coming up. They put more effort into reminding me then they did into the actual appointment.
