The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. Also it is in need of a little TLC, maybe some paint, nice pictures, etc. Despite the appearance of the office, I appreciate that during the appointment they made a point to address my concerns as a new mommy. When I call the office, they always make sure someone calls back promptly to answer my questions. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Dr. Trent knows what she is doing and she and her staff do a great job!

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. It was really nice to see how patient they were with the kids. I've seen some other pediatricians get really annoyed whenever a mother asks a question, but they don't do that here. They have really great customer service here. The Doctor makes sure she understands exactly what's going on with my daughter. The waiting room is small and dingy but the exam rooms are better. More importantly, the Doctor is great with my daughter, especially when she is sick and isn't at her best. That is what I really care about!

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I became a little nervous when I found out that they didn't have anyone on staff that could provide care if the pediatrician was unavailable. I was scared that my child would need care, and they wouldn't be around. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
