Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.

Not really. They have a nurse on staff when the pediatrician is unavailable, but that's it

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

Sometimes, but most of the time they aren't

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
