They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. The waiting room didn't have much as far as entertainment for kids went. No TV's or toys, just a few outdated magazines.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
