Future patients beware. This Provider is highly unethical and unsympathetic to his patients. On top of Dr. Ta majorly lacking bedside manner skills, his staff is rude, disrespectful and lack the capability of showing compassion to the patients they care for.
I had a concern and needed to talk to Dr. Ta. I am not financially well-off and could not afford another appointment co-pay just to discuss something I was unsure of. I c allies the office and asked if I could speak with him or if he could call me back at his earliest convenience. The nurse scoffed at me and told me that he doesn't have time to talk to patients over the phone and could I imagine if he talked to all the patients that called in, he would t possibly get anything done and he's far too busy to discuss a concern with me. There is no head nurse or nurse practitioner, he's the only one that can answer health questions.
Every visit, I wait and watch as the nursing staff tell crude jokes to each other, call patients by the wrong name and cop an attitude when they have to do any sort of manual labor. Dr. Ta diagnosed me with a neurological disorder and then prescribed me medication that was not good to be on long term. He did not discuss the medication with me and just told me to take it. After I decided to stop the meds because I read how dangerous they were to be on for long periods, I asked the doctor to discuss my disorder with me more in depth to help me discover other options of recovery or treatment. He then proceeded to tell me that he doesn't remember diagnosing me with the disorder and doesn't have time to discuss the health issue with me.
Doctors are in health care to help patients, patients come first. They take an oath to help their patients in their utmost ability. Either Ta is not very intelligent and lacks the proper skills to treat and care for his patients or he is just not fitted for health care.
Patients walk into a physician office because they are scared, sick, hurt and in a difficult time of their life. How dare you, Dr. Ta and staff, be so disrespectful and uncaring. You should all rethink your line of work, health care workers are to be unselfish, sympathetic and compassionate. You are discouraging your patients and decreasing their quality of care.

They made sure every single question we had was answered, and are always available if we think of any more questions we want answered. They are thorough in addressing issue we call them about, always return calls promptly, some calls even returned by Dr. Ta personally. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. We are so impressed with the continued care of our family member and our welfare as the caregivers to our family member. We have absolute faith in Dr. Ta continuing treatment of our loved one. We feel a genuine sincerity at each visit with him and a sense that he is personally vested in the care of our loved one as well as our whole family. We have never felt like just a name on a chart or just another patient. We are thankful for him and his staff everyday!

I went to Dr. Ta for a very bad vertigo problem. During episodes, I was throwing up repeatedly and could not stand up.

Dr. Ta told me I was crazy and told me that the problem was all in my head after meeting with me less than 3 minutes and not reviewing any my records or conducting any tests. He was very condescending. I left his office in tears.
