I think they are very unfriendly. When I arrived to my appointment, there were large dogs in the entry where the nurses stand! Also, when talking with the doctor, I noticed his pants were unzipped!! When I had questions about the medicine he prescribed, the nurse was very nasty to me. I feel this is an unprofessional office and am looking elsewhere for a doctor.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They really put in the extra effort to make me feel like a valued and important patient here. I have never seen a more welcoming and friendly office or doctor. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They were so welcoming and friendly during my appointment and really made me feel at home.
