Was not pleased with his treatment of my mother AT ALL. He has very poor communication skills and is condescending. We left the office more confused about my mom's diagnosis that when we arrived. We have received multiple conflicting diagnosis as well.

Dr. Nadella sucks. He is condescending and rude. I have been to him three times. The second you tell him something, he starts trying to prescribe medication. He also tells you it is all in your head. I asked if there was a natural alternative I could take for my headaches, and he said "No, we don't have research on that." I also saw on the way out a sticky note saying he was going to have lunch with some drug company. He also told me that he didn't know what "brain fog" was. He thought all my problems were due to anxiety which I know it's not and he even went so far as to ask me if I bite my fingernails, which I don't and that has nothing to do with neurology. Don't waste your time or money on this jerk. The poor receptionist is probably so cranky because of him.
