Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
No. It took me several times to get through.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Having the type of anxiety that I have all the nurses and Juliet always made me feel safe and secure. Never made me do things I didnt want to and they explained everything to me as they were doing it!!! She is amazing! You would never even believe I had a c-section she is just perfect!

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

I was impressed. Juliette is a great doctor and she's funny. She makes you feel comfortable. With the birth of my twins she helped me get the experience that I wanted which a lot of times isn't the case in a twin situation. You can tell that she is confident in her skill and that makes you feel that much better about your care. I wouldn't go to any other doctor and a lot of my friends go to her and Love her as a doc. I recommend her to anyone who wants to feel like they get the care that they are paying for!!!

Dr Hughes was amazing. I highly recommend her and I almost want to get pregnant just so I can see be her patient again! She is THAT good.

Dr. Hughes is truly the best OBGYN. I had never had a female GYNO before but she made me feel completely comfortable answered all my questions while pregnant with my son she would take her time with me and listen to his heart as if he where her own child and if she is still in practice when we decide to have our next child she will definetly be my OB again I wouldnt have it any other way. While in labor she checked on me and it just felt like she was another member of the family there to share in the joy of my sons life. She made my birth experience so much better then I thought it was going to be from the horror stories every pregnant woman hears. I would absolutely recommend her to my girlfriends and female family members. She is truly amazing.
