The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable and hurt my back. I practically jumped out of it as soon as they called my name for my appointment.

Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
