Dr Sylvester really needs to take a look at her office staff. Although she is an OK doctor, her staff makes the customer experience a horrific one. I had to go through two sonograms to be told I needed surgery and then when surgery was scheduled, it was rescheduled two more times.

The day of the surgery I am called by the hospital telling me I was late to surgery because it was bumped up but no one told me.

In calling the office to ensure the office personnel gives the CORRECT information to my disability claim, I am told they will use the dates on file. Explaining the dates have been changed repeatedly the office staff rudely asked me the dates I wanted to give and was told she would pass the message along.

It is sad to see a doctor have such horrific help and lose patients because of this.

I will NOT be going back after this and find an office where EVERYONE in the office cares about their patients. NOT just the doctor.
