Dr. Yousefi is great....the tech that did my ultrasound was unpleasant, rude and very rough during my visit. When I said it hurts, she apologized and pressed more aggressively each time I complained that it was hurting. Then she proceeded to tell me that I was running into her other patient's time. As if I am not important, nor a paying customer. Love the doctor, staff ran me off.

If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. No paper towels or toilet paper in the restroom. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. I had to wait about 1 hour from my appointment time. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. The staff was pleasant once they noticed I was there. BUT... the doctor was a bit rude! She needs to work on her bedside manor and the way she articulates her thoughts. She comes across as very aloof and her tone seemed a bit insensitive and belittling. I guess maybe i would say talking at me and not to me. In addition, she speaks loudly. This means anyone in the back part of the office knew why I was there and all my business. Even though my appointment was just for a check up, heaven forbid if I had come in for something serious. I would have surly been embarrassed when I walked out.
