The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect Nancy P Youssefi, MD. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious.

NURSES AND STAFF LAUGHED WHILE THE DR CHECKED AND REVIEWED ME NEAR THE RECEPTION AREA, THE DR. DIDNOT EVEN TAKE ME IN THE PATIENT ROOM, THE DR WAS VERY RUDE, DID NOT ANSWER MY QUERIES AND KEPT RIDICULING ME WHILE HER NURSES AND STAFF KEPT LAUGHING ON ME. I WENT FOR LIGHT PERIODS ISSUE, AND SHE DIDNOT HELP A BIT AND WAS VERY MEAN AND ILL MANNERED. PLEASE GO FIND A BETTER DOCTOR.
