I have had the worst doctor's appointment I have ever had in my life! Every staff member is rude including Dr. Khetan. I don't believe this doctor should be practicing medicine anymore but he needs to retire. He doesn't listen to his patience and his above correction. He is getting old and senile. Please if you care about your health and want a quality visit do not go to Dr. Khetan. He doesn't give time to his patience. He wanted to take a urine sample, I asked why is this necessary and he said I was arguing with him. He said if I don't listen to him I can go somewhere else and that is exactly what I plan to do. What Doctor says that to his patience? He has gone crazy! Please take your healthcare elsewhere! His memory is also fading away...

They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more personable.

Dr. Suresh Khetan is of the best doctors that i've ever known in my life. Infact he is a God sent angel in disguise.
I first met him on February 2003 after my recovery from diabetic coma (with a blood sugar level of 1500) at the Laurel Regional Hospital. He was introduced to me as the docor who saved my life. He has been my physician ever since. I will never trade him for any doctor. As the saying goes; "the doctor is your best friend". He is indeed one. The professionalism portrayed in DrKhetan's office is excellent - he is open to discussions with his patients listens attentively - his patients are always special. In ethics and promptness, he is exceptional.

He made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern we had was addressed. Not only do our appointments never get canceled last minute, he even take our appointments on that very day that it is needed. He is extremely reliable. I really admire him for how he treats his patients. We are confident that he always has the family's best interest at heart. He has been the family's doctor for more than a decade now.
