They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
Dr Khetan is very amicable and courteous , helpful and is a great family doctor. My entire family are his patients and I have recommended relatives .He is generous with his time, his advise and is always willing to lend a helping hand. He is always available no matter what my emergency is and it is my experience that he and his qualified staff go beyond the call of duty to accomodate patients.
I have seen people come into the office after 5pm closing time and they were never turned away. I myself was late to an appointment and he didnt reschedule or berate me. I was accomadated without any of the huff one usually gets by other receptionists at other doctors office.

Thank you Dr Khetan and your receptionist[the spanish girl] who always greets you with a pleasant smile and remember your name even though she hadnt seen u in 3 months.
Im quite satisfied with the care that was offered and look forward to being their patient for all my health needs.

I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. The restrooms here are not well-stocked. My stall had no toilet paper so I had to use a toilet seat cover.

The chairs they had in the waiting room were horrible. I was so uncomfortable; I wish they had put more thought into patient comfort. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish.
