They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They were easy to reach in an emergency. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
