Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.
