Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. It has been very difficult to reach them for the past week Every time I call. I get their emergency answering service.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
