Yes, it was convenient

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation

No, they definitely favor certain clients

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud

Dr Purifoy is ok as a doctor, although somewhat arrogent. His staff is another matter. There is a nurse named Brenda that is rude, hateful and downright mean to patients. The worse thing about this is that she is allowed to get away with it. I have had her argue with a doctor's orders and insist that she give medication "her" way because that's what she's always done. I can't believe Dr. Purify keeps her on staff. Speaks to his ethics. The best thing about this practice is the PA, Mona. She is great.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call
Did this provider have reasonable prices?
They were decent, but not very affordable
