They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. If you have an appointment, expect to be there awhile. You could be the only one in the office and it still takes 2-3 hrs to get done. The doctors are great but my daughter has been waiting a week for a refill on her inhaler. Cvs has repeatedly sent them a request and I have called and left a message.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
