It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one.

It was my son's first visit and we weren't exactly sure of a few answers so he was outwardly rude. He actually stomped his foot and rolled his eyes at us. My son needed to go to Childrens Hospital and his office sent us to the wrong one! My husband asked them to call and confirm with Children's to make sure they knew we were coming and the office didn't call until two hours later! (After they sent us to the wrong Childrens!)We were new to the area and didn't know where his office was located. I was fine with it being the urgent care but they should have told us when we asked where they were at! We waited TWO HOURS for an appointment. Only for him to be rude to us! Needless to say, we switched pediatricians!
