Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

The office staff keeps you waiting for any results. One have to pushy to get things done. The staff never offers their help.

I have been going to him for about 2 years now. I don't think there has been one time that I didn't have to wait at least 30 minutes. The most time I was in there was 3 hours. All but one of his staff is very nice and always answers my questions. The doctor himself listens and is helpful. The only thing I would say in a negative aspect about him is that he isn't assertive enough. There's been a couple time I had to insist on further testing which came up to a diagnosis that I thought to start with.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

I didn't wait long at all. I have been seeing Dr. Diethelm and Ryan the PA for several years and have had great experiences. All but one of the staff is excellent, the other is a bit difficult to understand but she tries very hard and is always very willing to try to help. I would highly recommend Dr. Diethelm & Ryan to anyone looking for a good doctor that will really give you their full attention and work with you to get a good, healthy outcome. They never demean me or talk down to me as I have experienced at other offices and I fully believe they want the best for my health and future.
