Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

The office staff keeps you waiting for any results. One have to pushy to get things done. The staff never offers their help.

I have been going to him for about 2 years now. I don't think there has been one time that I didn't have to wait at least 30 minutes. The most time I was in there was 3 hours. All but one of his staff is very nice and always answers my questions. The doctor himself listens and is helpful. The only thing I would say in a negative aspect about him is that he isn't assertive enough. There's been a couple time I had to insist on further testing which came up to a diagnosis that I thought to start with.
