There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. This doctors staff is extremely rude and has helped me make my decision to look for another PCM!!! Stay away from this practice!!! Have waited over 2 hours at every appointment!!

The office is easy to find & clean. Staff can have a habit of being rude or abrupt. One of the nurses is obsessed with asking why I don't come more often. My husband & I pay our bills every time we attend but there have been circumstances when we've received bills & threatening notices when we've already paid. We've had to call & remind them that we've paid & they apologize, but next week we get another bill. The waiting times can be far too long - one day I waited nearly 2 hours after my appt time & I had taken time off work to attend. Also the radio is noisy - not quite on the station properly so it's scratchy & annoying - & Country music so it's extra annoying! They should play something quiet & relaxing like Classical. The only reason we put up with all this is that Dr Cantrell is a fantastic doctor!

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Dr Cantrell was my husband's doctor at Jessie Holman Jones, the old hospital which has since been replaced by NorthCrest Medical Center. She was so compassionate with him and she took time to answer his questions and mine. He had an accident and fell 26 ft. He had no PCP at the time but he loved her so much, she was important with his long recovery process. She was so kind and caring that I switched from my PCP to her. She has been our family doctor for past 20 yrs. She is so busy, her office is always full because she is loved by all of Springfield. Yet you are out fairly quick. She has never made me feel rushed and always spends time with me. If you are searching for a doctor in the Springfield/Greenbrier area this would be a good choice for you.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. To fire my friend of a pill count because he was in the hospital in the ER with me is uncalled for under this doctor. Ms. Cantrell needs to start doing her research before fire patients that are in no condition to be off the meds she prescribes and to tell him to find another doctor when by law it is her responsibility to utilize her resources for this specific patient and i'm saying this as a registered nurse in the city in which she pretends to practice. She is obviouisly financially in debt since she is private practice affiliated with (NorthCrest) aka Deathcrest because their knowledge of practicing is as good as a 5 yr old child practicing,
