I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax.

The examination room was dirty and unsanitary. The exam table had torn vinyl exposing the stuffing underneath. The faucet rim was caked with hair and rust. Dr. Cantrell did not do a physical exam on me at all, she walked in, introduced herself and asked what I needed. I was a new patient, never seen her before with a history of diabetes and cancer, she just wrote me a refill prescription and sent me on my way and said to call if I needed more refills before next year.
