I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

They made me wait over 2 hours then told me I was at the back of the line of people waiting, expected me to sit and wait another hour....3+ hours to see the doctor... Good Doctor, Terrible staff...I also have been mischarged and sent to collections by his billing office for $240.00 for shots I didnt receive and was told "I did get those shots and would be sent to collections and have my credit filed against if I didnt pay". I guess I'm just going to have to eat $240 for services I didnt receive...
