It is HORRIBLE to get an appointment you are on hold at least for 10 minutes then when you reach somebody they put you back on hold

The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette.
