. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious.

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!
