They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I made an appointment for allergies and sinus infection and a referral to a skin doctor ( I have some unusual moles that are concerning). The intake nurse was extremely rude, and the rest of reception/nurses were unfriendly and treated me like I was just another number. I felt hurried and rushed after I waited 40 minutes (I was 10 minutes early for the appointment). I waited in the examining room another half a hour to see the doctor. He then asked me a few questions then perscribed me antibiotics without examining me at all. He wouldn't give me a referral to a skin doctor after I asked again and again. Hopefully it's not skin cancer. He then said that he wanted me to come back in a month later, NOT a follow-up appointment for the sinus infection, but for a PAP SMEAR. I stated that I already have a gynocologist, BUT he was insistant I needed a PAP smear! My female anatomy has NOTHING to do with my runny nose. Dr. Shah is CREEPY!!!

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
