No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

No, I didn't have to wait very long

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care.

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
