They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment.

Brevard Family is a highly competent medical care with excellent bedside manner. The staff is very caring and they have personable doctors. They do not rush you like most doctors, they spend the time you need answering all of your questions. I felt like they really cared about my health and wanted to make sure any fears I had were calmed. I would recommend Brevard Family Walk-in Clinic to anyone wanting excellent, quality care and caring and competent doctors and staff.

While the Dr. did answer some of the questions I had, I still felt at a loss for information at the end of the visit(s). The Dr. wasn't very understanding or caring, nor did he show any empathy what-so-ever for my situation. I felt like 1 out of many cattle being herded.

After reading all the wonderful reviews, I thought I'd struck gold by making an appointment with the Doc. It was very obvious I was not his primary concern. Every time I 'tried' to ask the Doc a question, I was rudely interrupted, leaving me quite frustrated to say the least. Example: In trying to ask a question, he stated: "don't have time for that at this appointment." - cut me right off. This was before I could even finish with my question. I visited his office several times due to follow-ups for test, etc. Each time I left there frustrated due to lack of concern and the Doc not wanting to listen. The Doc very blatantly blew me off to another Dr. Please understand I am not a complainer nor hard to deal with - not pushy, aggressive, etc. Perhaps that's the problem, but I do not believe anyone should have to be rude to get a Dr. to listen to them.

The staff was so-so - not entirely friendly, not entirely rude. Just 'there'. I will say it was nice being able to have all testing done in the same facility, glad my insurance approved it.

Due to his office being considered a 'Walk-In-Clinic', which I did make all appointments, I surprisingly never had a long wait. As a side note - be sure if you visit the Doc., you make an appointment; otherwise, you will be charged an additional $50.00 'Emergency Visit' fee.

Sadly, I will not be returning to Dr. Kobobel's office. I have not been to a Dr. in quite some time, therefore do not know if the treatment I received is the norm or not.

I am very please with the staff and the care I receive here. I have changed insurance to keep Dr. Kobobel so I didn't have to change doctors because I like Dr. Kobobel so much! And I like his staff alot! Everyone is so kind and helpful. Melanie help alot too.
