(My experience is divided in two parts. Please look for the first part of: A complete nightmare on top.)
Unfortunately, I had some personal situations that happened and lost the order for the lab work. Today, after calling the office, the kind assistant that received my call asked me to go and pick up the paper work after 1 p.m. and told me that she had already printed the order and it was going to be ready. I went to the practice and Dr. Caraballo did another of his OMNIPOTENT tricks. I was informed by Betsaida Rivera, the office manager, that Dr. Caraballo ORDERED Dr. Zwinda Ortiz-Roldan not to treat me and to deny the services to me all because I have been exercising the right that gives me the first amendment of the United States Constitution...LIBERTY TO EXPRESS WHAT YOU THINK and in my case what is TRUE. According to Betzaida Rivera he is the owner of the practice and he decides who is seen by the people that works for him in his practice. Dr. Caraballo seems to ignore that the first amendment of the United States prohibits the making of any law infringing on the freedom of speech, infringing on the freedom of the press, interfering with the right to peaceably assemble which is basically what I am doing rating a Doctor in this site. Dr. Caraballo is from Colombia, maybe he is not aware that here in the United States people have the right of writing, talking and expressing themselves without retaliation. We do not have guerrillas and we do not have any political radicalism like in Colombia that has made Colombians grew in a place full of numerous internal armed conflicts and civil wars teaching them not to express themselves because they have grown in a country in which people have to deal with severe retaliation if they express their feelings or experiences. They are used to live in fear! In Colombia people grow up without the right of telling the truth because they are afraid of the consequences that sometimes can be fatal. That is not the case here in the USA...Ulises. At the end, I have understood that Dr. Caraballo did a big favor to me.... yes you did Ulisito! I don't have to deal with a "doctor" that not only lack professionalism but also ignores the Hippocratic Oath in which doctors swear to refrain from committing all evil and injustice. All this has been my personal experience with Dr. Caraballo. His behavior with me is very far of what a sick person is expecting of a DOCTOR that is receiving a payment (a deductible) and the payment from the insurance for his services. The least he could have done is treat me with respect and show a little concern for my health problems and answer the questions I had regarding my health situation. Ulises, I didn't paid you to know your opinion about the Colombian team in the soccer World Cup! Some people just go to College but College doesn't get into them... it doesn't matter how much they study, they can only be one more of the many doctors that are in the yellow pages and no one knows and no one cares about. It takes much more to be recognized as the best of the best in the medical profession and Dr. Zwinda Ortiz-Roldan has what it takes to be the best in First Coast Primary Care Practice, she's completely bilingual, she cares for her patients, treats them with respect and is willing to commit and work with them towards their recovery. Shame on you Ulisito it seems you know Dr. Ortiz-Roldan is better than you and you don't want her to expand her practice getting new patients. Ah, Ulises, Ulisito if you don't want to read the REAL opinion of the people that go to your practice, don't register in the sites that allow you to be rated...reality can be a tough thing to deal with when you don't want to face the truth of the poor services you provided to me. When I went to your practice, I was in search of a good Doctor, but thanks to you and your decision, I'm getting rid of the ABSOLUTIST, OMNIPOTENT, DICTATOR of the "doctors" , Ulisito.

(My experience is divided in two parts. This is the first part of my visit to Dr. Caraballo's practice.)
This doctor acted in front of me as a complete ignorant and idiot. The patient questionnaire was full of orthographic errors. He doesn't know how to write his doctors notes in English. He was writing the notes in "Spanglish". He thinks his omnipotent, he didn't wanted me to make questions, complain or describe what was hurting or bothering me. I wonder how is he supposed to know what is wrong with the patient, if the patient doesn't complain or explains what's happening or what is hurting them! The office was very crowded and looked dirty. Definitely, won't even think about taking any of my pets to see him, neither recommending him to any person that I appreciate. The visit was a lost of time for me and he admitted he didn't knew what was wrong with my health after searching a Doctor's Reference Book for 10 minutes. After the Doctor started a 20 minutes conversation about soccer and the South African tournament with my fiance, his presentation to me was to tell me that he won't return calls, he won't go to the Hospital if there was an emergency during a weekend or week; not to even bother him (to call 911 and not his office) and that he only takes care of patients that visit his office during office hours. Unfortunately, what I experienced is that this is a doctor without vocation only interested in the money and insurance coverage not in the wellness of his patients, easy cases are welcome if your health is too complicated he won't bother to help you. I feel very sick and I was joking with my fiance (in a private conversation with my fiance) that if the doctor couldn't help me the only thing left for me was to get a licence and get a beebe gun (paintball gun) and even with that I wouldn't solve my health situation. Because of that joke that was over heard by a nurse, they "red flagged" me and the doctor breaking the confidentiality of the nurse that "red flagged" me told me that the nurse was going to a psychiatrist because she had a lot of issues. That same nurse, when she took my blood pressure and vitals her hands were trembling so much that she couldn't control them. According with the doctor that was because of the medication she is taking to deal with her "issues". This opinion is based in my experience that was a complete nightmare.
When I came out of the office, an office assistant saw that I was really sick, frustrated and crying then she recommended, I made an appointment with Dr. Zwinda Ortiz-Roldan. I took her advice and ," What a difference!" Dr. Ortiz-Roldan is in the same practice and that is really a DOCTOR. She is a caring person and really professional. She took the time to see what was going wrong with me and ordered some lab tests that I have to have done.
