I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.
