I have been seeing this doctor for over 25yrs. Always polite and straightforward. Would recommend this doctor highly. Sometimes you do have a wait when emergencies come up.

Awful! Run as fast as you can! The dr is so rude and nasty! Doesn't care about his patients at all. The nurse Kerry looks and acts like she wants to kill everyone every day, she literally huffs and puffs while taken your temp/bp etc. Receptionist is rude. Very quickly gives atitude. Easily puts you on hold for up to an hour at a time. You will NEVER (and i repeat, NEVER) get results when you're supposed to! They play games! Rude, nasty people. I don't even think this dr desereves a full star.

Doctor Jagust Is my families Doctor (myself, husband and 2 sons (16&12) we have been going to Doc J for over 15+ years. I have nothing but great respect and admiration for Doc J. he is always great with my boys and he has been spot on with my diagnosis and in treating me and the PA(s) have all been great as well. What can I say about the staff other then "LOVE THEM" amazing/awesome/caring/professional,etc.,etc.,etc....Yes sometimes you have to wait, BUT I don't mind waiting because I know what kind of service we're going to get "THE BEST" and that's what I want from my physician "QUALITY"

he is an excellent dr. and very well informed. i have used him for over 20 yrs.. along with my parents when they were still here.and also my children.. he is very sharp.... and really knows his stuff"""

I've been going to Dr. Jagust for 8 years. I started out not liking him, but kept going and over the years he has been great. Attention to details, writes notes and addresses the issue I came in for. I've come to know his office staff and they are pleasant and friendly most of the time. It's common when an office is that busy for things to get rushed. Sometimes I wait longer than I like, but it's worth it. He's very thorough.

Excellent diagnosing health concerns. Knowledgable about current drugs and their interactiions. Answers health concern questions with cnfidence in easily understood language. Excellent Staff
