I have been going to Dr. Jagust's office for four years now. I have always seen their PA, Ariel, who is very good--she listens and takes the time to answer all of your questions. During my last visit, I saw Dr. Jagust because I was having pain in my lower back. It took more than an hour before I was even seen. When I was finally seen, Dr. Jagust was very impatient and interrupted me as I was telling him my symptoms. He made me feel as though he didn't have time to talk with me and that I was overreacting. He also told me that my back pain was something I would have to "live with" since I am getting older (I'm 31). I left the office feeling very frustrated and would not recommend this doctor.

I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting.
