I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

I was satisfied with the service provided on the day of my eye exam. As I waited for my exam the receptionist helped me pick out glasses. I feel she helped me because there was no one waiting for appointments and she may have been bored. The doctor was very nice and patient. I went to pick up my new glasses two weeks later. First of all, I have been wearing glasses for 25 years. They did not ask me to come to the back or even to a separate room to try them on to see how they fit and how well I could see out of them. They simply gave me my glasses and I told them I had my contacts on. They did not seem fazed by the fact I was wearing contacts after I told them. So I tried them on with my eyes closed and asked the "receptionist" what she thought (because they felt fine on my face). She said they looked fine and if I had any problems to come back. I had my tired baby strapped to me so I took her word for it. Of course I get home and took my contacts out only to realize the prescription is too strong, they are lopsided, and one side is loose. If you are looking for an eye care professional with superior service and quality I would look elsewhere.
