They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. I'm not entirely satisfied with my glasses. They could have been more helpful with fitting.
