I have been going to Dr. Ely for years. When he close up his place of business in Winchester I followed him to Front Royal. As far as I am concerned he is the best. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

Dr ELY is very calm, good personality, when I called around for an Eye doctor for my daughter at that time 9 mos he was the only one to say bring her in always the sooner the better when others where saying wait till she is at least 2yrs.

Our whole family goes, his staff is great and personable, his facility is state of the art and quality always great. we did have some issues with glasses but his staff worked with us till it was right. You always feel welcomed and part of the family.
