This office is wonderful. They are very attentive to their patients and I have never had a bad experience in the several years I've been going here. I have 2 daughters that they are very patient with during exams and while choosing glasses. If you have an issue with your lenses and frames, they don't force you to make an appointment, you can stop in at your convenience and there usually is no wait for them to help you. When I have stopped in to get my daughter's glasses fixed, the staff knew our names and greeted us warmly. Dr. Ely is very patient with each person and does what he can to ensure you get a proper exam in a comfortable setting. I truly cannot say enough about this office.
