Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. No sense of time in that office from the doctor to the secretary!
They make you seat at the lobby for easily 1.5 past your appointment time and then make you seat in the room for al least another 40 minutes before she (dr) shows up. They do not answer any questions. the only answer they know is "we don't know!!!" As for the doctor herself she is obviously a new graduate, obvious lack of confidence, and focus on ths case just a lot of unnecessary talks which only takes the time of patient and the next patient, and not helpful to patient or family at all. We were there 3 times and go back!

It is a shame that that place is called : Northern Virginia Endocrinologist!!!

Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

Was sent 11/08 with a blood test revealing a Thyroid problem that was out of control. Was prescribed a generic of Syntheroid and all was fine. Was then told to return after three months. After several three-month visits, way too many hours waiting, and too many blood tests that revealed nothing, (with my last visit resulting in a blood test bill of over $700 [I have $5,000 deductible insurance]). I decided going to this doctor, or maybe any doctor, was not worth the price. In addition, one 8:00 p.m. visit, after HOURS of waiting, got me out of there well after 11:30 p.m. VERY SCARY (at least to me) in a dark, vacant shopping center parking lot.

Called last week Tuesday to get records of last visit. Was assured of a call within 24 hours . . . NOT! Called again on Thursday, assured the same 24 hours . . . NOT!

Now have no records, and no communication.

Am wondering WHY I ever returned, time after time, to be subjected to countess tests and hours or waiting, that revealed nothing, and now cannot get a copy of the results?
