This Doctor it the typical physician; she does not see you, she only sees a lab result... She demonstrated to me that she is not, by any means, capable of treating the most elementary thyroid issues because she doesn't fully understand how hormonal problems work. She may have a degree and be "book smart" but it ends there. The sensibility to hear the patient, understand the symptoms and treat the cause(s) is not within her. She needs to evolve her practice and learn how to treat the cause, and NOT just the symptoms.

Dr. Al-Zubaidi helped me understand what my body was going through, due to Hyperthyroidism. She explained my treatment options in a way that other doctors have failed to do.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.
Dr is sooo greedy she makes you feel that your just a number, the wait time is allways 2-3 hours at least. she prescribes the wrong medication sometimes, without further details **** I DO NOT TRUST THIS DR***
