Rushed office staff that fails to respond to basic requests, such as transferring records to a new practice. I moved to another practice after four years at West Dermatology (Siebenlist) because I was always treated like a piece of meat on a conveyor belt. He's more interested in moving the cattle in and out and taking their money, not much interested in practicing medicine or in supervising his disorganized staff.

They moved to a new office. 805 Aerovista Pl Suite 202, SLO.
I've been a patient for ~15 years. Great doctor. Never seems rushed. Listens well. Call in advance for an appointment now since the office is covering the patients of two other dermatologists. Nice staff!

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
