I was very satisfied with the nurse-practioner, Carolyn Smith, as with the other nurse-practioners there. She was extremely thorough--gave me nearly a half hour-- and prescribed treatments and medications with the least side effects first, escalating to steroids only as necessary. The front office staff is now much friendlier than they once were. I was so happy with the staff that I went out and bought them a bouquet!
