I have been under Dr Charleston's care for 30 years. they go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone, and they only make me schedule appointments when its necessary, or for a follow-up exam. The Dr. always listen to every question or concern I may have and is available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

One thing I appreciated was that the waiting area was well maintained. I was comfortable. I didn't have to wait after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which i appreciated. All of my questions were answered thoroughly during my appointment. I was given so much information; it really helped me out a lot.

One thing I appreciated was that the chairs in their waiting room were way above average. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs. I could have easily fallen asleep while waiting for my appointment. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. The staff was extremely friendly and went to great lengths to make me feel at home. I felt very welcome there.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They really care about there patients.
